Global Hardware Launch

Square Handheld

Role: Program Manager

In 2025, we introduced a global brand campaign for the new Square Handheld. Designed to run a business from the palm of your hand, the device launched through a fully integrated campaign spanning photo, video, and 3D. We delivered hundreds of brand assets across all channels in eight global markets, marking one of the largest campaigns in Square's history.

Beyond core production, I supported the end-to-end launch ecosystem—partnering with lifecycle, web, retail, and product marketing teams to ensure the campaign scaled cohesively across email, retail environments, and Shop and web surfaces. I helped coordinate launch readiness across channels and was embedded in the launch-day war room, supporting real-time decision-making and execution as the campaign went live globally.

Global Hardware Launch

Square Reader for Magstripe

Role: Program Manager

Reader for magstripe marked a generational update to Square's reader lineup. Framed as a tiny, but mighty evolution, the device launched through a fully integrated campaign spanning photography and 3D.

Photography was produced in-studio, designed to mimic in-situ seller environments while maintaining consistency and scalability across markets. We delivered hundreds of brand assets across Square's owned channels in eight global markets, supporting the rollout of the updated device within the existing product portfolio.

France & Spain Launch

Square Terminal

Role: Producer/Program Manager

Square Terminal expanded into France and Spain, bringing Square's portable payment terminal to new European markets. The launch campaign introduced the device to sellers across both countries.

Australia & UK Hardware Campaign

Multi-Hardware Campaign

Role: Producer/Program Manager

A key awareness campaign designed to cut through the sea-of-sameness and build distinction for the Square brand. Our elegantly designed hardware is a major unique selling point, and this campaign hyper-focused on product aesthetics, payment moments, and high-impact visuals and sounds to capture attention and drive curiosity.

We produced a full suite of refreshed assets spanning OOH, digital video, audio, social, display, and web—including landing pages, taxi wraps, and dynamic audio ads. The campaign ran alongside Square's hero Ecosystem campaign, complementing it with hardware-focused storytelling across all channels in the UK and Australia markets.

The person behind the process

I'm a design program manager with a background in video production, focused on building and running creative systems that support product and audience go-to-market initiatives. I specialize in translating strategy into cohesive launches across channels, teams, and markets.

I sit at the intersection of creative, product, and marketing—often acting as the connective tissue between teams with different priorities and vocabularies. I focus on clarity, momentum, and trust: defining the system early, protecting creative intent, and helping teams execute confidently under real constraints.

Before focusing on creative operations and GTM, I worked in video production and integrated marketing. That hands-on background continues to shape how I approach launch storytelling and production planning, and helps me partner closely with creatives and vendors while maintaining the operational rigor required to scale work globally.

At Square, I support global hardware and payments launches alongside audience-led GTM initiatives and experiential programs that extend product and seller narratives into physical spaces. In my current role, I serve as a primary DRI for creative operations across multiple launches—coordinating cross-functional partners, timelines, and vendors to ensure launch readiness across markets and channels.

From time to time, I collaborate with brands, startups, and product teams on a project basis—supporting launch planning, creative operations, and visual-led GTM work.
